Room and bathroom

Brekfast

Staff were very smiling and ready to support for any request. The room was clean and the hotel quiet. The location is far from the city center but convenient for me as in the morning I have to take a train from Qinghe station, so I only need 5 minutes walk to go there. The breakfast is also excellent.

I ordered a king size bed and I have got a 2 little bed room, for the comfort it is not the same! Except this point all was ok

Very comfortable and clean room, great service and wonderful breakfasts (very delicious and diverse)

Little difficulties with communicating in English. Wifi speed is average

the manager gave us free breakfast as a gift for four people and the breakfast was very nice. some european elements and asian elements. additionally, free water was available and the stuff was very helpful. furthermore, the hotel has an own coffee station were you could order for free any coffee that you wanted free of charge. the location was very central and the hotel offered a washing machine and dryer for free use in the hotel. the room was also very clean. We will come again!

however, two things have been a bit negative but didn't spoil the overall rating of the hotel. the AC is rather loud but can be deactivated and the hotel had only one working lift during our stay.

Location was Ok. There are restaurants, small shops, and family mart nearby.

Small room, small beds

Excellent breakfast, quiet room, hot water for shower, friendly staff.

Bed is not as comfortable as other hotels with similar price.

staffs are very friendly, breakfast is great!

not very convenient to subway systems.

It’s location. If you are keen on parks visit. This is the place to stay. No frills though. Very basic but comfortable. Near 圆明园遗址、颐和园、北大清华。

The breakfast variety . We stayed 5 nights in total. We stayed in a corner suit. The toilet is freezing cold, no warm air supply.

Very kind and helpful manager and staff.Subway nearby - easy to find.Extremely various and good breakfast buffet. Also very good dinner! We can absolut recommand this hotel!

Breakfast was good, the manager at the counter was really nice to help me personally with my luggage and my reservation. It was close to my final destination. Late check-in was good. Its clean, comfortable room though a bit too small.

Room is a bit small for the price, almost 1000 yuans for 1 night.. its crazy expensive for a holiday inn. The price is the main problem.

Good location and easy to find. Breakfast was good. Quick check in and check out. Walking distance of subway line and lots of food around near by.

Bed was very stiff, and the room was a bit dirty. The shower had some hair and the window was very unclean.

Quiet. Good breakfast.

A bit far from subway station.

Staff was nice. Everything was correct. Location was convenient.

Out of the several Holiday Inn I stayed in China, this was the most ordinary one (talking lobby, rooms, decoration and services in general)

I liked the breakfast, the comfort, service

Some staff needs to improve their English6 Also, I would appreciate more help from staff when unloading baggage from a taxi

Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices. Location is near Line 13 of Beijing subway station.

Breakfast is awesome. Too many options. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The quiteness of this area. The hotel is easy to find and people are very open to support.

People does not really speak english, it should be one improvement to do.
